Getting to the best versions of ourselves with the help of our tribe

Let’s normalize mental health because the impartial, external view of our world, the ability to see ourselves from a different lens, is invaluable. With a decade of direct clinical counseling experience, the focus has gradually shifted away from individual symptoms into this world where the caliber of our tribes demonstrate our quality of life. Happier people have strategically designed tribes that reinforce similar values. Let’s work together to design a tribe that reflects how good we feel about ourselves

Meet Dr. Meaghan

Dr. Meaghan Rice is the Founder of Better Lives. Building Tribes. Her greatest asset is in her work with that complex point, at which, individuals intersect with another. Through intimate/romantic relationships, friendships, partnerships, families, and organizations that people are surrounded by, she learns where individual strengths and weaknesses are. Through that knowledge and understanding, she works with people to discover creative means of closing the gap between where people are right now and where they would ideally like to be.

Specialties: Individual coaching, couples work, parenting, leadership, communication, career exploration, professional consultation, training, teaching, guiding, mentoring.

THE TRANSFORMATION PROCESS

We start by taking a look at your tribe! The good, the bad, and the ugly- After all, Jim Rohn says, “we are the average of the 5 people we spend the most time with

With the good stuff, we will find ways to get creative and enhance those strengths.

With the bad, we will sort through the difference between perceived bad and actually bad.

With the ugly, that’s where the real work takes shape.
